Milestone M35 - Linkified phone numbers and better visibility for email notifications settings

Let's go through what we got done in Milestone M35 (Apr 21 - May 04).

Enhancements

• Linkified phone number responses and added copy icon next to both email and phone number responses.

• Added separate cards for email notifications instead of it being nested inside a notifications card in settings.

Bug fixes

• Fixed issues in exporting submission details when rows are hidden by filters in Google Sheet.

• Fixed issues related to storing responses for terms and conditions.

• Fixed examples for embedding NeetoForm in a React and NextJS application.
